our story
ROJOrganics–River of Jordan Organics–is a beauty and wellness company designed to help consumers create luxury self care regimens from the comforts of their own sacred spaces of healing. Founded by lifelong sickle cell patient advocate and Registered Nurse, Jade Parker-Dinkins, our products are formulated specifically with melanin-rich skin tones in mind, and are safe to use with general chronic illness and skin conditions.
Jade is a sickle cell patient advocate, registered nurse, and creative born in Indianapolis, IN. Raised in a city known for its rich historical culture immersed in love for the arts, jazz music, and Black excellence, she strives to create her own avenue in today’s health and beauty sector. Her lifelong experiences with chronic pain and illness from a hemoglobin SS diagnosis led her to a career in healthcare that has spanned over a decade.
A long term care implementation specialist and Certified Rehabilitation RN (CRRN), she now encompasses a new level of advocacy and research based practice for populations she’s witnessed are often left out, yet most vulnerable and deserving. Today, she serves as Founder/CEO of ROJOrganics, driving expansion, sales, and operations as Lead Product Developer.

Her joy in this space is helping consumers establish and maintain self-care regimens for healing. Her talent and expertise combined with her company’s mission help create experiences that unlock the transformative atmosphere of the Jordan River so this healing flows to them, as she first learned to create for herself.
In her time away from work, Jade enjoys spending quality time with friends, family and her community, roller skating, and solo travel means to create more self-awareness as she continues on the path to holistic health for herself and others.
